    1. Apply with an internet-enabled device

    Navigate the web page and select the “Start a Check” option; it redirects you to the application home that contains the Informed Consent Form and other application portals.

    The Informed Consent Form is the general name for the Police Check application form; it collects all the essential details about the applicant required for the Police Checking.

    On the informed consent form, the applicant must fill in their details like;

    • Name,
    • Addresses,
    • Email,
    • Identification documents,
    • Previous Names,
    • And other contact information.

    However, in the absence of a PayPal account, the Candidate can still make payment by funding through their bank transactions or Credit/Debit card. The online application method offers various payment choices to the applicant that makes the entire process easier.

    The online application does not require a trip to a meet-up location to get the Police Check. When you apply online, your service provider delivers your Check to the email addresses you specify in the application.

    You can process the hard copy of the result through the online agency you apply to.

    How long does an online Police Check application take?

    Of course, the online method of applying for a Police Check is the fastest, but just by how much?

    On average, a physical Police Check through the Local Police Office or the Post office takes between 10 and 15 days before the results return. The physical method of applying for a Police Check can be daunting for both the applicants and the agency, hence the more extended processing periods.

    Applying online means most of the process can be automated and easily accessed without re-registering physical data. The online Police Check application takes just three days from the date of the initial application.
